Terms & Conditions

ORDERING: $100 minimum on all orders.

NEW ACCOUNTS: All new accounts must be prepaid with valid credit card or shipped C.O.D. certified check/money order.

TERMS: C.O.D. company check and net terms may be established by submitting a signed and completed credit application. Please allow up to 6 weeks for approval. All returned checks will result in a $35.00 bank fee and all subsequent orders will be shipped C.O.D. cash/money order. Late payments on net terms will result in all pending orders being held until late payments have been received and a finance charge of 2.5% will be charged monthly on all overdue balances.

SHIPPING: Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of placement. Backorders are shipped at the customer’s request only. All orders are shipped FOB Concord, NH. The customer is responsible for all freight charges, C.O.D. fees, insurance and handling charges.

REFUSED ORDERS: Refused orders will result in a 20% restocking fee and all freight charges.

DAMAGES & SHORTAGES: All damages and shortages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. All returns must have a Return Authorization Number.

DROP SHIPPING / INTERNET FULFILLMENT: Sinsational Toys offers drop shipping for wholesale customers that have completed the required Dropship Agreement, and been accepted into the Sinsational Toys Dropship Program. Please contact your sales representative to inquire about the Dropship Program and its specific requirements.

SPECIAL REQUESTS: Your business is very important to us. If you require a custom billing or shipping procedure in our fulfillment of your orders, please feel free to make a special request.
